Umrah Link started inside a Hajj and Umrah company. Our founders spent nine seasons closing books late, chasing rooming lists at midnight and rebuilding manifests every time a hotel moved a group. The general ERPs they tried were built for factories and retail — nothing understood a visa deadline or an allotment release date.

So we built the system we needed, then rebuilt it for other companies. Today our engineers sit in Jeddah and Riyadh, our implementation team travels to your office, and we are on call through Ramadan and Hajj because that is when the software has to be right.
